Why can we safely say that??  Many investors have been calling a top since 2010, the simple truth is..........most of us know we are in a equities bubble, this is what happens when the FED floods the market with CHEAP CHEAP CASH!  Its always led to a asset bubble class.

Trying to pick a top or when the bubble will burst is next to impossible and this is when us retail traders get destroyed :) 

I don't see any reason rates in USA will rise in the next few years, higher rate = higher dollar..... more interest on their debt..... it would destroy their economy.  The World right now seems happy with 0% interest rates, and the developed World is dealing with 1-2% inflation... so it somewhat works for now.  China/Europe is worse shape than USA, and thats the scary part.
