And it is not that I do not want to rock the boat.

I would if we were in production missing deadlines, but deadlines with going into production.

How do you build a road up a hill in order to go into production if there is no agg or paved road yet
with record snow, rain and mud.

It almost sounds like a moral want, they said they would do it and they did not, now they must be punished.

If this was in production and they missed a deadline because of a breakdown and did not factor in a second conveyor  I would be storming the castle.

How do you build a road up the hill, if no road is there yet and you are having record snow, rain and mud slides.

IMO, they are better off just keeping their mouths shut until it is compeled and we all know it will be.
