Gaps again

My guess for short term price movement:

Up to fill the down gap .45 to .445 then down to fill the .35-.355 gap.

Question:
If financing shares are held to April 11, does this refer to the sell day or the settlement day?
Gains or losses for taxes are the settlement day. If this is similar for financing shares then
they could be sold today as settlement day is the 12th.
