You know whenever a PP is done a shareholder has the right to buy the % of the pp as the shares they already own. Yet usually these deals happen without us ever knowing. I dont think this is a deal breaker but i hate when companies dont inform us of a coming pp, although a quick look at the statememnt of cash flows and balance sheet we could see something would needed to be done.
