RE:RE:GK failed to id any value from Veolia...cuss, i completely disagree with your assessment unless of course you are a Veolia shareholder.. Veolia should try to get the most for the least and to date they are winning and ORT is losing...a Directors seat is a tremendous advantage (maybe you know nothing of BoD's) for Veolia over any other potential partner...the development of the new front end is a high risk (not low risk or no risk) adventure, if Veolia doesn't help fund its development then what advantage should Veolia expect...and if it is ORT's job alone as you state then it imo against shareholder interests to provide Veolia a Board seat...no more no less...i state ORT should vote them off the Board and PS i am as right on this point as i was when i and i alone publicly demanded the ORT change its mind and require GK to be a board member (i was talking way above everyone's head then as i likely am now) and PS that is why i would replace half of ORT's BoD they IMO provide no advantage to ORT
