 After hearing a few comments from fellow  shareholders,
,@  2.$ /share to raise a few millions actually is not that bad. Put it this way  when FLD  bought  LFD the exchanged price was 1.77$,  of which I already lossed a bundle. However I did buy more to average it down. I am slightly   in the black. Let's expect that  UR would go to 4$ at the end of the year, ( many  experts estimate ) to buy @ 2$/share now still worth the risk. which I should buy some
more.
