Farim is a phosphate mine project located in Farim, Guinea-Bissau. Santana is a vertically integrated high-grade phosphate mine and fertilizer plant project located in Para, Brazil. Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

According to the "Updated Technical Report Itafos Arraias SSP Project" of March 27, 2013, the cost to build the plant alone was $323 million U.S. or about $404 million CDN. and, in all likelihood, costs ran over that. That means after subtracting all debt, the plant alone is worth over $0.50 a share and any value given to the properties would be added to that. Greg
