New Mining Program

We are excited to be able to bring an "Introduction to Mining" program to your area! We have received some funding from the International Minerals Innovation Institute to offer a program that includes the following components:

BEAHR Environmental Monitoring
Employment Readiness
Safety Training
Mining Essentials
Work Placement

The program will start on March 23, 2015 and end August 28, 2015 and will take place in Punnichy. We have secured a former church on Main Street. There will be no cost to the students to attend and eligible students will be able to access Provincial Training Allowance (PTA) for the duration of the program.

Hmmmm....from the Muskowekwan Band homepage.
