4.1M escrow shares, not $4.1M escrow shares.
recall these were shares priced at a nickel three years ago.
(imagine you bought today at 85 cents, and could not sell until april 10, 2018, and by then prices went up 17 fold, or to $14.45. you'd definitely take a bunch off the table...)
