Capitalgain, I bought today, with all this google frenzy; without doing enough DD; now I am just trying to find out if I did the right thing and more importantly if I should buy more, that's why I am trying to seek any proof of this deal


Well you will need to wait..  Wait for a deal to be announced and a news release..BUT...you won't be paying 49 cents a share that day  :)
