some things never changeI've been in, and watching this board for about a year...same theme to posts, names of posters just change as new players come in and others sell...
-overbought based on chart
-valuation too high
-never goes straight up
-too many shares out
-paying too much to aquire companies
This is an extreme growth story. Standard valuation metrics and TA indicators do not apply. PHM has assembled two teams. One to aquire and intergrate companies (that's all they do), and another to run the businesses aquired and leverage organic growth. Listen to the CC's. This is THE most transparent company out there. Plan is obvious and articulated, risks to that plan are obvious and articulated. People just need to make a decision on what to do. Those that have bought in the last year have made a good decision. Those that have sold at a profit have made a good decision. Those that are still holding have made a good desion.
Personally I see this at $5 and a buyout. Of course I'm just guessing, but it's starting to look that way IMHO.
