Dividend Paying Company In This Environment...?

Dividend Paying Company In This Environment...?I don't like the idea of creating a small dividend-paying company with a low % of production hedged going forward in this oil price environment. Seems very risky. Like others have stated, DTX management and the banks will get their cut, but shareholders seem to have just been shouldered with more risk.
