Such stupidity
Perhaps someone should send copies of BG and Chief's posts to the management at SGS and RPA.
I only check in here every few days for a laugh and BG and Chief never disappoint. Still the same old "let's make up a lawsuit" nonsense.
But while we can all laugh at it here, CCB investors should be very concerned about Chief and BG continuing to try to draw attention to what they allege to be defamation - and their claims that serious companies like SGS and RPA would give too hoots what one poster on a minor BB might or might not have done
And they should be really worried if BD actually does go all the way to Geneva to raise this at SGS's corporate head offices, as BG has suggested he might.
I am 99.999% sure that SGS and RPA would be very unimpressed that a minor junior company and some bb bashers who themselves have been repeatedly challenged (and one of whom recently had his posting history removed) are constantly trying drag them into a legal quagmire.
There is absolutely no way that they would want anything to do with taking a transparent game by a couple of posters with axes to grind and vested interests to promote - a game which is getting ZERO attention anywhere else - and turning it into a public court case that would attract media attention.
If they even know about what is going on on this board, I can guarantee you they are not thanking Chief and BG for repeatedly posting what they claim to be allegations against these companies and implying that their corporate head offices are wasting valuable time worrying about it.
If BD showed up on SGS's doorstep in Geneva and tried to turn this into a big legal battle - as BG suggests - the only reason he would not be dumped on his backside on the sidewalk would be the Swiss are too polite. But his and CCB's reputation would be dirt from that point on.
The only way any serious and respected international company would even be aware of a matter of the nature described by BG and Chief would be if there actually was a serious securities investigation that could come up with damaging findings.
And if in fact there were a serious investigation underway, using BB bashers to go after the person who might have filed the complaint, and drawing attention to it over and over again, would not be the way to address matters. In fact it would greatly exacerbate them.
Chief and BG better hope the big boys do not find out what they are up to here - i.e. trying with numerous posts every day to drag these companies into a ridiculous game.
Assuming these companies do get alerted to it, the only cease and desist letters I could see them sending would be to Chief and BG
So yes, perhaps they would indeed appreciate being sent copies of BG's and Chief's posts from the past week. I very much doubt G and Chief have not told anyone at the companies what they are up to.
