RE:Kyrgyz Investment Climate---Still Hope for Stans?

I appreciate your enthusiasm by posting very single article you can find but give it up. I've learnt not to believe their press and trust me I read everything I can find and translate it. The country is not set up for an investment climate and parliament have no idea what they are doing. Neither does the pm or president. Nothing is ever actioned and its all talk. We're not mining there. We'll be shutting down. It's been 5 years, we're not talking to them. The government doesn't want us there and it's all about pride to them. The goal is to get the money and were 50/50 on that right now. They can't even agree on kumtor. Plus if we actually seize those shares it will throw that Parliament into chaos. Also elections are coming up so there is political turmoil. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but hopeful articles are irrelevant. The facts are if we don't win in Moscow, share price is going to drop even more and then we need to win in Canada otherwise we'll go bankrupt. After that, we wouldn't mine there! We can't and they won't let us! Fact.
