I agree with you. Your summary is what I feel. Tata is very smart. Business is business. I remember Journeaux when he explained why a partnership with Tata: great people, same values, ... It is inconceivable Tata has no consideration for NML shareholder. Tata must take arrangment with NML if they have same value.
