About your 1st point: let's hope you're right. I still think it's more likely major companies need a PEA to sell to their boardmembers / shareholders. Cameco bid on Hathor before the PEA, yes. So of course your opinion is still a possibility. My bank account would welcome a 3 dollar / share bid.

About your 2nd point: yes Greenday corrected me. I used the word mill where I meant the word mine in the first post. A mill will always be on land, and the possibility of a mill depends whether or not Fission (possibily combined with NexGen) can prove up enough pounds.
