Ana Paula Acquisition

Ana Paula AcquisitionI went through information circular several times an I understand why Timming is excited to get Ana Paula resources, but I could not find enywhere any info of how much would it cost and how long would it take for start production there.
Did I miss this info? Or was it communicated separately by management?
They definitely had to calculate this before making their decision to aquire Newstrike.
Especially, when the current production would need to support now two companies (i.e. covering Newstrike expenses) and the CFFO would be reduced.
