JSC Kyrgyzalten Chair resigns

JSC Kyrgyzalten Chair resignsHead of JSC Kyrgyzalten, (CG Kyrgyz owners) has resigned over dissagreements with Prime Minister, related to Kumtor. 
Shakirov will be acting Chair until board meets in May to elect new members. (I do not like this guy, jmo)
