Because de bridge loan and the 20% investment by Galena( and the financial package... almost ) entered into effect before shareholder approval in Dec and Jan. Therfefore the TSX commenced a de-listing review. Now that everything has been voted and approved, the listing is maintained.

It's to follow-up on a previously release de-listing review. So it's good news. Galena wants this to remain listed :)
