RE:DEE & BXE

RE:DEE & BXE Bigbab,

We think alike. DEE and PPY are my biggest Canadian holdings. And I want to open a position on BXE. I like the shareholder activism there and the big step up in production/margins this summer once their new plant comes online.

AAV is another one I like. They are in industrial drilling mode now and their cost structure is very low. The stock has fared much better than their peers. Definitely a case of PPY needing to catch up in valuation terms.

PPY needs to improve on their disclosure in my mind. But that's about it in terms of complaints. Their land is great, recycle ratio is one of the highest around, drilling costs coming down, entering growth phase with low debt. If NG pricing would improve, this one would explode. I am not counting on a quick rebound in NG but I feel adding to my position at these prices is a rather low risk proposition. GLTA!
