Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

Be smart!If you want to play "Day-trading" with this one, you will get tricked and then you will chase the stock.

Two definition of "Chasing a stock" :
.
1)   People want to buy a stock, ...they put the buy in at the bid, the stock (and the bid) move up, so the buyer increase their bid. This keeps happening to them and eventually they end up paying a much higher price then they originally intended.
.
2)   There are some who will enter an order below the current quote, the quote moves higher but they, rather than match the quote, will again enter an order below the quote. Most of the time they never end up buying the stock or if they do, they pay a much higher price.

Both situations mentioned above have happened to me and that's why I won't repeat them again with IAE.
