I agree 100 % with this conclusion. Everybody wins and consider this.
He may not have liquid funds to exercise the warrants which would force him to sell part of his current holdings to do so.
When warrants are exercised there must be an immediate or imminent advantage to the buyer. The company's benefit is money to fund operations, marketing, R & D etc;.
