The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:RE:Private PlacementYes, mainly for the half warrant.   I thought they were priced a bit high....... .25 would have been more appropriate.......and it's a short time frame, end of January/16.   However, not only should Diakha be known and resolved by then, but a good number of drill results will be available from Karita.   If they do well in Karita, then .30 might look pretty cheap by then.   If MXI gets valued at .50 on Diakha and Siribaya, then Karita could easily add another .50 by then.

I would suggest getting the payment in quickly as it is likely to be sold out quickly, and they say it will be first come first serve, and they will give some preference to small investors too.

This new exemption for existing shareholders will help a lot of small companies raise money efficiently.
