Macy was so desperate to get any financing that he went berserk and did all-shares offering since he couldn't get a loan. But I understand his point since in this business you need the big size to get better wholesale deals for the one-armed bandits and Integrity will provide this size. Dare I say 30 cents SP by the year-end
