A picture is worth a thousand words. The other oil price worth noting is Western Canada select which is getting about C$ 51/ BO. Compare that to SCO at over C$70 and you have to think it would be a smart move to rotate into COS and away from the the traditional oil producers considering all the other long term advantages the established oil sands producers have.
I don't know what the impact of Syncrudes maintnenance will be on production for April, or for the rest of the quarter however the second  half of the year could be a whole lot better than the first and I think the market is beginning to realize this.
