RE:HERE WE GO AGAIN...The company has made it clear they feel they have sufficient financial strength and are not in need of a savior. I don't believe the management would recommend any traditional premium based offer nor do I think the Board or the shareholders would be for it. Why would they? Give up 80 years of future production when operations are improving along with the oil price while both operating and capital costs are coming down, stupid and not going to happen.
This is a very long-term play and I believe will reward the patient shareholders handsomely.
