RE:RE:National Ban boosts target ? FYII presume that most people would consider a rise in target is better than a downgrade in target. What is your problem with someone providing an analyst target that is positive ? Would you rather it be a negative target ? Unless of course you are a shorter and then an upgrade could put a crimp into your shorting.
