RE:RE:RE:Report Card

RE:RE:RE:Report CardI don’t think King is intentionally procrastinating the closures.  It’s his history of failing to close that continues to haunt this little company.  Valuation Vision should have closed by now, and Axis Appraisals I am sure will continue to be strung along. There is always an excuse of this or that, but never any accountability. For some reason, it’s the capital markets fault because they swing between supporting financing initiatives, and then pulling their support like they did last summer.  That’s what King says.  It’s a band wagon thing where his track record of failing to deliver has cost him credibility and hurt the company.  King has done a good job with the technology, but suffers insufferably from his inability to manage people and build an effective executive team with access to capital. He is not a people person and would be better suited for some back room where he can do what he does best, technology, not people.  This company need a leader who can inspire and promote this gem.  I am fully convinced that King is the wrong man for the job!

Here is another observation.  Having a part-time CFO consultant, who is way over his head, and an audit chair who is more interested in his golfing lifestyle, (zero skin in the game, per SEDI), it’s no wonder the company is valued by the market exactly where it is today!

Sueme!
