RE: THINK OF IT... THERE WERE ONLY 2 OPTIONS...enthusiasm is great but you are going beyond enthusiasm to making stuff up and dreaming.

Where did you come up with $15million?  And is it profits, cashflow or revenue? I don't think you know the difference.

The end results of an acquisition or increased business boil down to how much does it add to the eps.  If you have to increase the share count by too much, eps could go down after an acquisition. Not good.  

Of course Poydras has no eps yet.  But you knew that right?
