it, do you really have no idea why the price is what it is??? as best i can tell EP is stil rounding up more cash for ORT (upto $5M) and so until then the price will stay static...once that is down i expect (and have buy orders in) the price to fall to -$0.25 as the make-wholers cash in and run for the exits (recover their cash + a bit) and hold only warrants..price will likely wander around up to $040.-$0.45 and will increase above that only for a compelling reason (warrants make ORT hugely shortable by warrant holders0
