I think they can accept offers and if combined, their proposition is better than the Brookfield proposal the multiple deals could be done. 
If you work there that is what you should hope for and also hope that a company from the industry buys it. A drainage company for that group and a precast company for that group or groups.
If you are a realist you probably think that Brookfield will get it because there is  more blood to squeeze out of it.
I really hope it would get sold under my first scenario.
Armtec is and always was a “DRAINAGE” company and they have no business being in precast.  That move was madness and still is.
Brookfield will take it and build only where needed.  Then in a few years pieces will be sold off.
If I worked there in a VP or up position I would be looking at my future.   
New owners will surely stop all the ridiculous programs current management makes employees endure.  Get people back to work, on the road, in the plants and away from multitude of calls and meetings that simply serve upper management’s inflated egos.
