Is you is, or is you ain't.............the Judge might know.

Is you is, or is you ain't.............the Judge might know. This potential court case could get pretty messy.............I have heard that charges MAY be pending against some of the decison makers..............BUT, is it enough to change the decision.  I have no idea of how things work in Spain.  The country is in need of investment, can one buy there way in.  I do not know, it does look like some of the inside machinations may become public if the Judge looking at the paper work decides to take things futhur..............

I'm a gold bug..............

I refer to the article posted in regards to the "hype " of the potential gold property.  That article played a roll in me picking up some shares.

More importantly I know one of the directors.................

He tells me that he is only getting bits and pieces of second hand info that may or may not carry any weight.  After all, it would only be opinions that may get massaged by the time he gets to hear them.  Time will tell.  I would not hold my breath for a positive outcome, I guess that is why we are speculating on the unknown.

I'm all for going into the gold properties and checking them out...............this court stuff ( should it get there ) could take a long time to work itself out.
