RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Do not weep for management
I did email Chris Chu, and he responded I believe Pinetree sold, as no officer or director sold at POET. I asked if any staff are under blackout and how long does it last if so? And he said that he didnt have the exact details but the CEO put everyone in blackout. So I took a quick lookover at the IIROC website and it clearly says: "Brokers are required to mark transactions involving true insiders" "IIROC also makes them submit an administrative correction form afterwards to adjust a trade if it is either cancelled or not actually a true insider but a threshold filer post trade" Then the important part "IIROC does not make the correction form transparent to the public" "And many times it is not ever filed with SEDI/SEDAR as the insider transaction never really happened as it was mismarked
I feel the logical guess is pinetree since SI cannot sell because he is in blackout. But there has never been no "Claim" to have been Pinetree by Chris. Makes all the sense in the world for Pinetree to sell a small chunk of their top performing holding. The bears are shaking the trees, the traders take full advantage until they have shaken every last weak branch. We then start to stabilize and start the upward movement.
