What is the reason for the halt !!!

What is the reason for the halt ? They already announced the bought deal,I hope it's to announce that we are getting off this corrupt filled venture exchange.This is my opinion. And I agree with most of the other posts that this last bought deal smells bad. And leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This is why the venture exchange is at the levels it is at today.
