I agree about the dilution, though previous raises were done at 0.50 and at 0.65, so at least we are moving in the right direction.

I thought it was interesting that the stock made a big move yesterday, and checked to see if there was any news. It seems strange that the market would applaud a dillutive action, but perhaps it is a vote of confidence in the company.
