Primary Symbol: MXI

The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:RE:Good time to buy in.......I would interpret it slightly nuanced from that.  Bid/Ask tells me that there is a strong expectation that it will be fully subscribed.  When the bid moves up to .16-.17 it will be a fairly sure indicator that it is fully subscribed.

If you want free warrants you can sell some shares at .15 and use the proceeds to participate in the PP.  One problem with that is that if it gets oversubscribed, you might not get all or any of your shares and then you may get stuck buying them back on the market at over .15.  So there is a bit of risk there, especially since it is a first come first served PP and it is popular.  Also, I think there is a 4 month hold on the new shares too.
