RE:And again...Masfortuna,
I agree with you on both topics....
1. The communication from the company is pretty clear that they are actively in negociations, which could result in the sale of the company. The current SP does not currently reflect the value of the company and its strategic assets, but is a reflection of the way the company has been managed of late. Potential buyers will appriciate this fact and will bid accordingly, especially when there are multiple bidders. The market (at least any of us that has done our DD) understands this and are holding tight for the outcome of the process. The volatility is obviously associated to the day traders. This is why the SP is low today, but it will run again next week. It will probably begin to pick up late tomorrow (therefore buying opportunity early day). I'm expecting mid 20's by end of next week.
2. You're right - there are some real wack jobs with too much time on their hands on this board. I guess heavy volume attracks all kinds. Don't worry about these guys though - they're trying to bash the SP down, but they'll be buying tomorrow too!!
Let's all make some money here!!

I have spent my day reading all this useless nonesense. Before anybody replies to my post remember that i have access to the same info. The info is that this company is in NEGOTIATIONS with bidders and that in the next few weeks (months? ) binding offers will be submitted. that's why I bought this thing. It doesn't matter if the share prace is at .05 or .15. At 180 million market cap it won't affect the negotiatioions. The final deal will be based on what the 3 properties are worth. Keeping in mind that 1 property is fully operational and that it takes between 200-300 million to get it there, that 1 company is worth more than the debt. The remaining 2 companies is your profit.
