I have spent my day reading all this useless nonesense. Before anybody replies to my post remember that i have access to the same info.  The info is that this company is in NEGOTIATIONS with bidders and that in the next few weeks (months? ) binding offers will be submitted.  that's why I bought this thing.  It doesn't matter if the share prace is at .05 or .15. At  180 million market cap it won't affect the negotiatioions.  The final deal will be based on what the 3 properties are worth.  Keeping in mind that 1 property is fully operational and that it takes between 200-300 million to get it there, that 1 company is worth more than the debt.  The remaining 2 companies is your profit.
