RE:Stealing NES.V for $76M at current TMM share price vs $134M.

RE:Stealing NES.V for $76M at current TMM share price vs $134M.in reality this deal is not a good one for either tmm and nes  mainly because of the drop in share price for both co . and if a pp at 1.25 is unattainable . this is a short term scenario.  Management for both co must evaluate the situation as it all changes based on the new share price. first of all it cost over 60% drop in  valuation for tmm share holders as the market prices in another 150 million shares to  nes share holders where the new shares held  by tmm  would be  over  320 million shares . and what does tmm get in return , but 5 million higher grade gold ounces .  to develop this 5 million gold oz we have a 140 million mine cost as well as an 80 million dollar dilution hit on the share price with a total cost of 220 million for 5 million gold oz .   with a 1200  dollar  gold price and a projected 700 dollar profit margin per oz  the payout is astronomical at 3.5 billion based over a 5 yr plus term. short term this deal sucks unless the share price improves dramatically , medium to long term it could be a very lucrative deal for everyone as long as we have pp over 1.25  . bruce hasnt steered us wrong yet .
