RE:RE:Stealing NES.V for $76M at current TMM share price vs $134M.I disagree that this is a bad deal. 2M to 5M ounces of gold (at different grades)...potential to be the lowest cost (lowest quartile cost globally) producer...and TMM grabs it with a dilution but which really isn't a dilution given the asset base that gets added. What's the downside for TMM? A huge asset without $ cost but with dilution which really isn't dilution from a balance sheet perspective. I would have constructed the same deal from a TMM perspective (not from a NES perspective). Again, for a NES shareholder this sucks if you want out. For a TMM shareholder it's a great deal except for the current ridiculous sell off that still shows a few more cents to go according to the charts.

This also makes TMM a takeover target in my opinion. How could it not be? 5M ounces for a dilution of 117M NES shares x .9 = 105M TMM shares. I know no one likes a dilution but for 5M ounces of gold this seems like a steal.
