Sounds like ICO is just begging IMNP to buy them out. I've never seen one company release so much news on another company before, even if they do have a relationship. I can understand releasing information related to bertilimumab but releasing info about IMNP's exec appointments and pulling it off as your own news is really pushing things. Most of ICO's value is locked up in IMNP, but most of IMNP's value is not in ICO nor is it a big % shareholder. IMNP's concern for ICO outside of bertilimumab and the shares of IMNP it owns is minimal or non-existent. I love the value that ICO has, hate the way they are acting.
