For instance look at insider info for the last few years and work out the numbers. #1 head office move was to keep close to the money no doubt in my mind. #2 insider positions tell a strong bullish story once numbers are worked out for even say 14.5 average witch equates to free position, numbers will tell you avaerage is way under this bench mark, so do i spend a million to make multi millions is the question even if  that means buying in .30 .40  range or evan 2.04 being the highest ask whatever doesn't evan matter and is somewhat erellivant at this  point and is all about average and   to increase average up to 14.5 cents.In theory we could see all asks bought out for this reason, also the kicker would be that shareholders get the entire war chest and not less than half FYI.
