RE:RE:RE:RE:2 for 1 deal ...From what I have read so far it seems that the value of all assets besides Karkul will be transferred to Spin Co. Therefore GCO will only reflect the value of Karkul and Spin Co for rest of our assets. When the spin off is done the value of both companies will equal to the stock price of GCO before the spin off. that means there will be a drop in share price of GCO to reflect the transfer out of assets. This should play out very well, looking forward to the next few months. Been staring at red for way too long, maybe this year I ll see some green GLTA
