PUT 7 Operatorship

PUT 7 Operatorship
Here's from page 3 of the Annual Information form filed on 4/15/2015.  Hedgie and others have been going on about the supposed lack of operatorship by PTA.  In fact the report says that PTA is already in the process of becoming an operator.  I never thought operatorship was a huge issue.  Vetra and Parex are good operators.  Does it really matter that much if they operate some wells for us?  Could even be a plus.  Anyway, here's the quote:
  1. All of the blocks noted above are non-operated, with the exception of PUT-7 where an application is being made to the National Hydrocarbon Agency of Colombia (“ANH”) to transfer the operatorship from the current operator to the Company.
