RE:RE:BTSHOOTERS Analysis
Coupla of points..first  i have been phoned in other takeovers...i dont see this as a big deal...second ..isn't glass lewis  an independant firm??  Third as a shareholder of both these cos i think that Altius (as is their habit ) is buying  nearer to the bottom of  the cycle and that CAAshareholders dont lose, but will benefit from their continued exposure thru altius. Finally.. i dont discount for a second that u may be right about some shenanigans..the cdn junior market is rife with stinky deals and the osc ( who couldnt regulate their way out of a wet paper bag) i see as a useless bunch of overpaid beaurocrats.....the type that thrive as ontario marches down the merry path of  state controlled lunacy..and this crud is not confined to the minors...just have a look at Aecon over the last ten years...but i digress...... I dont think that mgmt gave away the house by settling with HB... on the contrary the deal for me ..solidified their assets in a quantifiable way...win win is the way i see it .

cheers
