CALM BEFORE THE STORM?
Pretty quiet on Nordex front recently. Zuckers seem to be missing in action. Probably because they are technically insiders and don't want to be caught trading before the numbers are out. Soon the filings will be done, and I would venture to say that Zuckers will be back, as they are still a long way away from control.
We may see some competitive bidding coming in after Nordex financial statements are out. Right now, and it is only speculation on my part, we have only two groups buying the stock: Zuckers and Levesque band. There may be more coming. I've met down south a retired steel magnate who divides his time between Canada (summers, around Rondeau Bay)) andUSA (winter). He only bought a small chunk but seems to be interested. He waits for the numbers before he commits himself in a bigger way. When I asked him whether he would be interested in acquiring control he said "just watch me". Only time will tell whether this is fat cat bs or indication of another player coming to the table.
Almost everybody talks about changes coming. The last time we had a stock trading over a dollar was just before Levesque revolution in 2010. Obviously Levesque and his cohorts were making sure they had enough to take the old guard out. If Zuckers and Levesque stay in the game and are joined by others we may see some interestin action. Dollar by July????
