RE:Just looking at Numbers

RE:Just looking at NumbersIn other words LRE can handle the debt & with stable $55 oil, things are looking good. The next bench mark is $60.00. NG needs to rise.

Compared to others, LRE will be more stable as shares are acquired by those that want them for a long position rather than the quick turnovers prevelant with other stocks in similar positions however; with greater debt loads & instability. At a certain oil level price, their debt levels will come back to haunt them & the same old problems that drove investors away back in the summer months of 2014 will arise & their sp will stagnate or fall.

LRE will continue to rise with rising oil prices & sustain this momentum as its value becomes more apparent & the shares are more readily sought after by in the market.
