RE:New board appointedEveryone of those members of the new board are heavy hitters.  Proven track record as opposed to Manning and Tapakoudes.  I lost a sh!!#(0ad of cash on this and I am still not convinced that the former board's actions were ethical, legal, or in good faith but I do know their decisions were not based on sound financial management.  Who blows $10 million that quickly?  Who got the cash?
