Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

upcoming CC - Q3

upcoming CC - Q32015 Q3's (Feb end) CC is around the corner and I think it will be filled with important information. I don't particularly think the rental revenue will be much and licensing revenue will likely drop off significantly. But I believe that this is the inflection point, considering traction of February and beyond. Obviously, I'm anticipating an announcement with Samsung in the near future but I'm not holding my breathe in this Q3 CC. My main concern is the number of users on this platform. If we are told that the goal of 50K users has already been met (this would be current info and not as of Feb end), then I think SIO will pop. If we have strong user numbers but no Samsung announcement, I'm expecting a big drop and for me, a buying opportunity. 007YG
