The company is being extremely careful on pending news of which we just now received.
 
One reason and this is my opinion is based on huge runs on news and allows a sense of calm. If you recall about back in the eighties I believe, a Canadian gold company that went by the name BRE-X was touting doctored gold sample and the share price went through the roof, well above $300 a share only to fall and scam folks out of millions.
 
That company was latered indicted and the story was that is was a total scam. By the way, the geologist was reported to jump out of a helicopter, but sources, he was thrown out.
 
So I think rightfully the company (MAT) is just being prudent on pending news and this news today is pretty good.
