RE:Reposting re: Use of ProceedsI just had a quick read of the prelim prospectus filed on Sedar. Apparently Structured Alpha LP pursuant
to a right acquired as part of the loan fix can participate via a private placement when PLI raises equity capital. 


And for what it is worth , I voted NO to the share consolidation.
